The first and only fixed magazine compliance kit to make Sig Sauer MCX rifles and pistols ban state legal while using the original mil-spec magazine catch. With MagLatch F.N.G.R. installed your firearm may no longer deemed an "assault weapon" by restrictive states. Our kit installs as easy as the mil-spec magazine release because it is exactly that. We've taken mil-spec parts and modified them rather then redesigning a perfectly good solution. That means no funny arms, milling, or drilling your lower. Our compliant device converts your firearm bypassing assault weapon registration requirements. When used properly the F.N.G.R. conforms to all requirements of SB 880/AB 1135 and NY Safe Act. Most restrictive states follow the same requirements but be sure to check with your local authority before installing our device.
MODES OF MAGLATCH F.N.G.R.:
IN A BAN STATE: Insert magazine of 10 rounds or less. Insert F.N.G.R. shim.
IN A FREE STATE: Disassemble Upper and lower. Remove F.N.G.R. shim. Use rifle as intended where legal to do so.
IN RESTRICTED STATES IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO USE CERTAIN FIREARMS WITH A DETACHABLE MAGAZINE. ALWAYS STORE YOUR GUN WITH MAGLATCH IN BAN STATE MODE.

MagLatch devices have not been approved by the DOJ. This device was designed to conform to the law as written in SB-880/AB 1135, which defines “fixed magazine” to mean an ammunition feeding device contained in, or permanently attached to, a firearm in such a manner that the device cannot be removed without disassembly of the firearm action. Thousands of units have been installed and tested under the law. Multiple authorities have authorized use of our device. Since DOJ refuses to release an opinion letter we are unable to claim it is DOJ approved.
