Shipping & Returns

  • On average orders ship in 7-10 business days. Yes, that can be up to or at least 2 weeks from the date you place your order. 
  • We ship Tuesday thru Friday.
  • Order fulfillment still relies on our current lead time for any particular product.
  • We cannot modify or split orders after they've been placed.
  • We ask that you refrain from contacting us for order status. When we take time to respond it takes time away from production and shipping orders. We use a modern ecommerce platform and you will be notified once your order ships.

We offer USPS First Class or Priority and FedEx Ground/Air. First class mail shipments are not eligible for insurance through the USPS. If USPS First Class is selected as the shipment method we are not liable for lost or damaged shipments. We offer delivery confirmation for all shipments but due to USPS's policy of not providing insurance for First Class items we are unable to offer reimbursement, refund, or exchange for items lost or damaged by USPS.

EXCHANGES/WARRANTY

Exchanges are eligible within 60 days of purchase. Include a copy of your original sales order and mail products to:

Exchanges will be processed within approximately 3-5 business days of receiving. Shipping to MagLatch is paid by Customer. Shipping to Customer is paid by MagLatch. 

RETURNS

Returns are eligible within 60 days of purchase. Include a copy of your original sales order and mail products to:

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving. MagLatch reserves the right to charge a restocking fee not to exceed 30%. Shipping & Postage costs are non-refundable.
