What is a 10/30 or 15/30 blocked magazine? These magazines retain the same look and feel of a standard size magazine but are limited to a capacity legal for restrictive states. All blocked mags are permanently blocked according to CA regulation. A rivet with a magazine block or a magazine block with epoxy is used for permanence.
