The first and only fixed magazine compliance device to make the CZ 805 Bren's California compliant without losing features. If you own a 805 Bren Pistol this device will convert your pistol into a fixed magazine and bypass registration. MagLatch is unobtrusive and quickly reversible.
MagLatch has two modes; Ban State and Free State. While in ban states top loading or loading through the ejection port is recommended for fastest reloads. When traveling to free states separate the trigger pack from the upper receiver and remove the clip.
Instead of requiring core charges you must send us your magazine release for modification. Overall delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks.
MagLatch - If you're not comfortable with taking your 805 Bren apart further then a field strip, this option is for you. We will send a prepaid label and envelope to the mailing address provided at checkout. Lowers are processed same day received and shipped at next available pickup.

While insurance is provided for the replacement cost of the item being shipped we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All replacement costs are sourced without shipping from shop.cz-usa.com.
Lower receivers are not serialized on the 805 Bren therefore it is not required to ship through a FFL.
MagLatch has not been approved by the CA DOJ. This device is designed to conform to the law as written in SB-880/AB 1135 which would define “fixed magazine” to mean an ammunition feeding device contained in, or permanently attached to, a firearm in such a manner that the device cannot be removed without disassembly of the firearm action.
